Dea

Deanathil 'Dea' Tinnarael-Whitehall (they/them) is a Terrifyingly Cheerful half-elven bard who originally hailed from the East of Faerûn, and has called the Guildhouse home since graduating from the prestigious University of Suzail. They can usually be found reading or doing some kind of paperwork in their favorite chair by the fire in the common room of the guildhall. They can also usually be found playing gigs at a shockingly long list of venues around the city. They can also usually be found attending to the business of the Neverwinter Voice newspaper, of which they are founder and executive editor.

It is unclear when they sleep.

Part of the reason they came so far west to start their own career was to escape the long shadow cast by their family. Their mother Morgan Whitehall is a famous bardic composer; their other parent Elesakalyn 'Saka' Tinnareael is, while not an overwhelmingly powerful spellcaster, an extremely influential arcane theorist. (Both are half-elves themselves, rather than a mixed-species pairing.) Both families have many other famous members as well. None of these are officially in politics, but Dea has from time to time been called back to Suzail to help prevent "another shadow war."
