The Guild (NPCs)
The people who help run (and are part of) the Guild.
Ceva Valroyna
Ceva Valroyna, better known as simply "Ceva" ("C" to her friends) is an Elven woman, originally from Waterdeep, who helped co-found the Guild. Friend to Big Jim and Professor Eimar Daj, she is a former assassin and ward of Invis Winterenvy. Deeply rooted in city politics, she is a member of the so-called Neverwinter Resistance and is romantically linked to resistance leader Sakai. In her spare time, when not acting as quartermaster for the Guild or performing work for the resistance, she spends quite a lot of time baking and is responsible for most of the jam tarts that end up in the Guild.

Eimar (Valen) Daj
Eimar (formerly known as Valen) Daj is a wizard of ill-repute. He eats jam tarts by licking the jam out of them and crunching the base separately, like a true degenerate. His list of exploits includes:
- Being banned from an incredibly large number of places, including but not limited to:
- The isle of Chult (for reason or reasons unknown);
- Half the taverns of Neverwinter (supposedly for "seditious behavior", though this is unconfirmed);
- The Spiced Nut Lady's cart (for reason or reasons unknown);
- Performing irresponsible acts of magic, including:
- Turning Arun Waesfield's desk permanently into a goat;
- Awakening a large number of the crows of Neverwinter, thus granting them speech and the ability to speak
- Going one step further and turning one of those crows ("Amanda") into an elf after Amanda reputedly asked to be transformed

Or next time could be all she wrote!🎶 - Being a strumpet of such renown that there are songs about that sung about him in the Harbor Quarter to this day.
Daj is the current Head of the Transmutation Department at the College of Neverwinter, a mistake that Elen Blackburn almost certainly regrets. He lives in a basement apartment at the Guild, one that he may or may not have stolen from Ceva.

James ("Big Jim") Cordoroy
James ("Big Jim") Cordoroy is a Human man who founded and runs the Bounty Hunter's Guild. Adopted by his father, gnome blacksmith Jim the Smith, Big Jim attended the Fighter's College and studied under a retired warlock before founding the Guild.

The Barbarian Horde
The barbarians are Guild members in good standing. Consisting of an ever-evolving never-defined group of people, they accept any and all comers into their fold. Led by Vlad the Barbarian, called such as he is from the "barbarous" North, they are responsible for several social clubs in the Guild proper, including but not limited to:
- Barbarian Book Club
- Barbarian Cooking Club
- Barbarian Fight Club
- Barbarian Food Club
Recruitment into the barbarians consists of being asked if you would like to join them. Upon saying "yes", one is considered an honorary barbarian.
Notable exploits have included the stocking of the Little Free Library and the opening of a coffee shop, Vlad's Eats and Treats, in the Mercantile Quarter.

Vlad the Barbarian
Vlad the Barbarian is a Human Fighter in his early 30s. Originally from the Ten Towns, Vlad came south and found the Guild almost immediately. Settling in, he immediately began doing what he could to help his fellow newcomers adjust to the ethos and practices of the Bounty Hunter's Guild, guiding those new to the Guild in their first bounties and introducing them to Neverwinter proper. He is friends with Ceva, Big Jim and Daj, and is largely considered to be an honorary member of the Guild leadership (something he roundly refuses to acknowledge). Vlad has been noted to have some skill with magic, being taught Fireball by Professor Daj at one point in the past, and has an almost unnatural sense of when he is about to be pulled into a bounty, disappearing when assignments are made. He ran for the White Council unsuccessfully during the first election cycle, and currently operates a coffee shop, Vlad's Eats and Treats, in the Mercantile Quarter along with other members of the Barbarian Horde.
